Abstract
Mn2Zn0.25Ni0.75O4 spinel thin films were synthesized by radio frequency (RF) sputtering method with different sputtering powers.The addition of Zn cation can help stabilize the content of low valence state Mn2+ in different oxidation situations.Moderate film growth rate is necessary to obtain the film with less porous defects, smooth film surface and acceptable crystalline quality.
