Abstract
As Zn ion concentration increases, the size of the particle tends to increase, the number of particles on the surface part is reduced, whereas the size of the particles and the number of particles on pore part increased. Zn is mainly detected at pore part, and Si is mainly detected at surface part. The crystallite size of anatase increased as the Zn ion concentration, whereas, in the case of Si ion added, crystallite size of anatase decreased.
