Abstract
Two TICT characterize probes (H2 and L2) exhibited strong Near IR luminescence when bound with RNA. The hydrolysis of RNA by RNase resulted in fluorescence quench, causing “OFF-ON-OFF” fluorescence switch. The assay was applied to detect RNase A and RNase H with the detection limit of 1.67â¯Ãâ¯10â5 U/mL for RNase A and 1.06â¯Ãâ¯10â4 U/mL for RNase H.127
