Abstract
Two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy, an effective tool for qualitative analysis, suffers from poor quantitativeness - mainly because the efficiency of coherence transfer between correlated nuclei varies. The method presented here equalizes the heteronuclear transfer and opens up new prospects for quantitative 2D NMR.158
