Abstract
CoS ultrathin nanosheets with thickness of ~4.6â¯nm had been obtained via in-situ generated CoS-TEA (TEAâ¯=â¯triethanolamine) hybrid microrods as self-sacrificial precursors. Importantly, CoS nanosheets displayed 6.5 times higher photocatalytic activity relative to nanoplates CoS, which is attributed to long lifetime of photoinduced electron and faster interfacial charge transfer.186
