Abstract
110This paper calculates the potential energy curves, spectroscopic parameters, transition dipole moments, and transition probabilities of the BeB radical. Overall, the X2Π, A2Σ+, B2Π, C2Δ, D2Ʃ−, E2Σ+, I2Σ+, a4Σ−, b4Π, c4Σ−, and 24Σ+ states can be detected spectroscopically according to the routines proposed in this paper. The g4Π state, the first well of the G2Π state, and the second well of the h4Π state are very difficult to observe because almost all the transitions arising from them are very weak. The d4Δ and e4Σ+ states as well as the first well of h4Π state are very weakly bound, requirng great efforts to explore them spectroscopically.
