Abstract
110This paper calculates the potential energy curves, spectroscopic parameters, transition dipole moments, and transition probabilities of the BeB radical. Overall, the X2Î , A2Σ+, B2Î , C2Î, D2Æ©â, E2Σ+, I2Σ+, a4Σâ, b4Î , c4Σâ, and 24Σ+ states can be detected spectroscopically according to the routines proposed in this paper. The g4Î state, the first well of the G2Î state, and the second well of the h4Î state are very difficult to observe because almost all the transitions arising from them are very weak. The d4Î and e4Σ+ states as well as the first well of h4Î state are very weakly bound, requirng great efforts to explore them spectroscopically.
