Abstract
Graphene decorating carbon-coated LiFePO4 nanospheres are prepared, using a ball milling-assisted rheological phase method combined with a solid-state reaction. Such nanohybrids constitute a unique 3D “sheets-in-pellets” and “pellets-on-sheets” conducting network structure that can effectively bridge separated LFP nanoparticles each other and promote the electronic and ionic transport to improve the rate and cyclic performance of olivine-type lithium iron phosphate.193
