Abstract
⺠A minimax stochastic optimal control strategy is proposed. ⺠The system is partially observable and with uncertain parametric disturbances. ⺠The strategy is quite effective and efficient even under large observation noises. ⺠The strategy is quite robust for uncertain parametric disturbances.
