Abstract
Irinophore C⢠(IrCâ¢), extends the bioavailability of the active form of irinotecan, is more efficacious, and has little systematic toxicity. Cancer cells in primary orthotopic colon cancer tumors are obliterated with 6 cycles of IrC⢠treatment (H&E sections).216
