Abstract
Schematic representation of a super stealth liposome (SSL). A single polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain has been attached to several phospholipids, thereby improving the stability of the vesicle. When used as a drug delivery vehicle, the SSL shows improved biodistribution and anticancer efficacy in comparison to conventional stealth liposomes.187
