Abstract
cRGD-functionalized and NIR-responsive AuNR/PEG-PCL hybrid nanoparticles mediate targeted delivery as well as remotely controlled release of doxorubicin into human glioblastoma xenografts in mice, leading to complete inhibition of tumor growth with little adverse effects and 100% mice survival over an experimental period of 48Â days.189
