Abstract
Sensor for sequential setection of 21-124a-221 miRs by the liposomal-p19 sensor. (A) A self-assembled of T/M-linear and Stem probes mix on the same DOPE/DOTAP/AuNP electrode. (B) Incubation of sensor with miR21 caused an increase in resistance measured by EIS. (C) p19 protein increase resistance and thus improved the detection range. (D) Hybridization of mir-124a and M-linear probe increase resistance, too (E) Adding p19 protein decreased in resistance, again. (F) Hybridization of mir-221 and Stem probe increase resistance, too.
