Abstract
Tobramycin-loaded heparin micelles were fabricated by adjusting solution pH to realize pH-responsive release and high-loading efficacy. And then, negatively charged tobramycin-embeded heparin miscells (HET) and positively charged chitosan (CHT) were exploited as a pH-responsive building block to form LBL multilayers on Ti surface by polydopamine assistance.194
