Abstract
CH3NH3PbI3-xClx-based perovskite photovoltaic devices were fabricated and characterized. The effects of CuBr or CuBr2 addition on the photovoltaic properties and microstructures of the perovskite phase were investigated. The conversion efficiencies of the perovskite solar cells added with copper bromides were improved compared with the standard CH3NH3PbI3-xClx devices. The efficiency of the device with CuBr2 added was higher than that with CuBr added.
