Abstract
- Reduced graphene oxide/PEDOT:PSS composite films were prepared.
- The films were fabricated by in situ reducing graphene oxide (GO)/PEDOT:PSS films.
- The electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the films were measured.
- The power factor is significantly enhanced after adding reduced graphene oxide.
