Abstract
⺠The charge transport properties of novel polythiophene derivatives are clarified. ⺠Charge mobilities are low â¼4 Ã 10â8 cm2/(V s), probably due to poor packing density. ⺠Charge carrier lifetimes of â¼100 ms are seen, resulting in a drift distance of 1 μm.
