Abstract
⺠Photocurrent (PC) spectroscopy of pentacene thin films and thin film transistors (OTFT) of different thicknesses. ⺠PC spectroscopy identifies the film active thickness range through the distribution density of electrically active states. ⺠Effects of ion implantation on organic thin film transistors. ⺠Non-invasive, direct study of the active semiconductor film in fully operational OTFTs.
