Abstract
⺠Crystallography and morphology of pentacene thin films on organic dielectrics. ⺠Morphology and crystallography are found to be linked with each other. ⺠The influence of the substrate surface parameters is studied. ⺠The nanoscopic surface morphology is important for the growth.
