Abstract
⺠Inkjet printed film uniformity is controlled by solvent mixtures. ⺠The crystalline microstructure influences the performance of OTFT. ⺠PDI-8CN2 semiconductor is inkjet printed in a bottom-gate bottom-contact OTFT. ⺠The optimized solvent mixture improves the OTFT performances.
