Abstract
⺠Surface electrical conductivity in poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) thin films. ⺠Conductivity switching at a threshold voltage (Vth) in PMMA thin films. ⺠Conduction mechanisms in the voltage regions lower and higher than Vth are different. ⺠Conductivity switching arises possibly due to structural reorientation in PMMA. ⺠Reversibility of the system demonstrates its suitability for electronic devices.
