Abstract
- The electronic structure of PVD-prepared Co(TCNE)x has been studied.
- The results show that the Co(TCNE)x is disordered.
- The results suggest the cobalt preferentially binds to the vinyl - instead of cyano groups as in V(TCNE)x and that the bonding arrangement deviates from octahedral.
