Abstract
⺠The organic dye OPc is incorporated in polymer-based solar cell P3HT:PCBM. ⺠Formation of ternary blend shows extended absorption. ⺠Photovoltaic performance is decreasing with organic dye content. ⺠No aggregation of OPc is observed in the ternary blend films.
