Abstract
Industrial technology for numerical analysis of fire risk at pipeline systems transmitting flammable gases was described. It is applied while investigating and forecasting gas pipeline failures. Mathematical simulation of initiation and spread of plume emission, ignition, fire development, thermal impact on people and industrial (social) facilities is executed while analyzing fire risk. Used mathematical models are created on the basics of computational mechanics, theory of diffusion gas combustion and thermodynamics. This work was executed in the frames of International Science and Technology Center Project no. 2759. The collaborators are scientists from Los-Alamos national laboratory (USA).
