Abstract
- DNP have co-deposited with Ni-P through electroless sono-deposition process.
- We have dispersed the DNP by ultrasonic probe to overcome the nanoparticles agglomeration.
- Coatings have been prepared in the ultrasonic bath to promote the DNP incorporation.
- Presence of the DNP improved microstructure and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating.
- Higher content of DNP negatively affected the corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating.
