Abstract
⺠Cathodic polarization curve of tin can be divided into three regions. ⺠The corrosion rate for the same layer thickness increases firstly, then decreases. ⺠The reduction of corrosion products can be observed in the cathodic polarization. ⺠The critical layer thickness from cathodic control to anodic control is 200 μm.
