Abstract
⺠Oxidation kinetics of the two alloys followed the parabolic-rate law. ⺠The oxidation rates of FeCo5-BMG are lower than those of the binary alloy. ⺠The scales formed on the FeCo5-BMG consisted of Fe3O4 and minor Fe2O3 and B2O3.
