Abstract
⺠Investigations of geopolymer stability is a key point to define their application. ⺠The addition of silica fume to a geopolymer mixture lead to foam. ⺠The final products and their microstructure depend on the alkaline cation. ⺠Durability tests revealed the composition of geopolymer foam network. ⺠Zeolite phase is responsible for the degradation of the potassium foam.
