Abstract
BaTiO3-CoFe2O4 film show bigger polarization than BaTiO3-BiFeO3 film, especially the thickness of CoFe2O4 layer is smaller than the BiFeO3 layer, implying the ferromagnetic layer has a significant impact on the ferroelectric properties of the composite films, which is too thin to be fully polarized.
