Investigations of RF magnetron sputtered CZTS absorber layer thin films prepared using sulfur induced binary targets without sulfurization

Individual sulfur based sputtering targets have been used to deposit CZTS absorber layer thin films for solar cells. Incorporating sulfur in the targets will reduce the need for sulfurization which is a post deposition process. We have reported that stoichiometric CZTS thin films can be deposited without sulfurization process.139
