Abstract
This paper shows how tailoring rutile TiO2 nanoparticles shape, morphology and geometry both on the level of crystallite as well as within the crystal unit cell can boost material's electrochemical properties resulting in a higher conversion of rutile TiO2 from the lithiated to de-lithiated state.213
