Abstract
The crystal structure of Bi2(IO3)(IO6) features three-dimensional framework which is a combination of [Bi(1)O5] tetragonal pyramids, [Bi(2)O8] bicapped trigonal prisms and [IO3]− and [IO6]5− anions. The first combination of [IO3]− and [IO6]5− anions exists in 3D framework.223
