Abstract
As urbanization accelerate and economic growth in China, the consumption of fossil fuels is increasing rapidly. Sustainable development has attracted much attention as a way to address the problems of energy shortages and environmental deterioration, therefore distributed energy system is gained more and more attention and widely used. In this paper, we build the heat transport model of pipes taking accounts of the attenuation and delay for the load forecast in community energy planning stage. The model can transform the hourly load of all user stations into the hourly output of energy station based on the attenuation and delay of pipes. The attenuation makes the load to level, and the delay of pipes makes opposite impact. In addition, calculates the hourly output of energy station in three cases based on different location of energy station. And the results indicate it has some difference between the superposition value of all the users' hourly load and the hourly output of energy station. The delay effect of regional pipe network in energy transportation can effectively balance the regional energy load, reduce the allocation capacity of regional energy station and reduce the configuration capacity. The attenuation effect of the regional pipe network will increase the allocation capacity of the regional energy station, in the situation of scenario C can increase the configuration capacity of 1.04%.
