Abstract
												⺠We have presented two expressions relating the lattice thermal expansion coefficient and lattice thermal conductivity. ⺠Three parameters, ionic charge, nearest neighbour distance and melting temperature can completely describe the lattice thermal expansion coefficient and lattice thermal conductivity of chalcopyrite semiconductors. ⺠Ionic charge is useful I analyzing the physical properties of solids.
