Abstract
▶ We have successfully developed new non-fluorinated photosensitive polyimide-silica hybrid optical materials, with excellent thermal, mechanical, optical and patterning characteristics. The incorporation of the nanosized silica significantly enhanced the physical properties compared with the parent photosensitive polyimides.
