Abstract
ⶠFabrication of nanostructured silver surface enhanced Raman substrate for SERS spectroscopy ⶠEnhanced label-free detection and quantitative analysis of proteins using metalized nanostructured substrates ⶠDetection of label-free proteins in aqueous solution with ultra-low 1 ng ml-1 concentration is demonstrated. ⶠ>91% Raman signal reproducibility on the new substrate for proteins solutions from 1 μg ml-1 to 1 ng ml-1 was demonstrated. ⶠ>82% Raman signal reproducibility was demonstrated for BT SERS spectra on different substrates.
