Abstract
▶ Fabrication of nanostructured silver surface enhanced Raman substrate for SERS spectroscopy ▶ Enhanced label-free detection and quantitative analysis of proteins using metalized nanostructured substrates ▶ Detection of label-free proteins in aqueous solution with ultra-low 1 ng ml-1 concentration is demonstrated. ▶ >91% Raman signal reproducibility on the new substrate for proteins solutions from 1 μg ml-1 to 1 ng ml-1 was demonstrated. ▶ >82% Raman signal reproducibility was demonstrated for BT SERS spectra on different substrates.
