Abstract
ⶠMetallic glasses include regions of different stability. ⶠStability is measured by the length of atomic displacements inducing rearrangement. ⶠSuch length scales with the amplitude of thermal vibrations. ⶠDeformation-induced rearrangements are thermally-activated.
