Abstract
⺠Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method was introduced to fabricate bilayer BTO/CFO multiferroic films. ⺠Stable suspensions of BTO and CFO were studied deeply by methods of sediment volumes, particle size, and zeta potential. ⺠Specific conductivity and particle size (magnitude and distribution) in suspension were utilized to study the suspension dispersion effect. ⺠The fabricated films showed dense structure and good multiferroic properties.
