Abstract
ⶠThe nucleation parameters of GPI were determined on the basis of the classical nucleation theory. ⶠThe solubility, metastable zonewidth and induction period have been experimentally determined. ⶠBulk size GPI single crystal was grown in the wider metastable zonewidth. ⶠThe structural perfection and the defect structures of the as grown specimens were studied.
