Abstract
ⶠThe fabrication of different orientation Sb nanowires is reported for the first time. ⶠThe growth orientation of Sb nanowires is changed from [1 1 0] to [0 1 2] direction. ⶠThe orientation of Sb nanowires is controlled by increasing the content of SDS. ⶠHighly ordered Sb nanowires are fabricated by a pulsed electrodeposition technique. ⶠThe single crystalline Sb nanowires of different diameters are also fabricated in AAM.
