Abstract
The pseudoscopic image, which is also called depth reverse, is an inherent problem of integral imaging display. Here a high efficient and precise pseudoscopic-to-orthoscopic conversion method is presented to address this issue. In addition, off-axis pickup method is used for capturing the perspective images of 3D scene. With this method, there is no redundant information, which saves the storage space and increases the utilization ratio of the captured information of 3D scene. The pixel mapping process is a point-to-point procedure, which is more precise. Experimental results shows that the display quality of the reconstructed 3D images is improved, and the analysis verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
