Abstract
The values of the theoretical maximum light to electric power conversion efficiency of single junction solar cells, also known as detailed balance or Shockley-Queisser limit, are presented in tabulated form. Calculations were performed for a cell operated at 25 °C and illuminated by the AM 1.5G spectral irradiance according to ASTM G173-03 standard.128
