Abstract
A new serials of D-Ï-M-Ï-A platinum alkyne complexes with different conjugated bridge or receptor have been designed and synthesized and the concept of hybrid starburst donor was first introduced into sensitizer design. The cell based on H3, with aminophenyl acetylene and fluorene alkyne as hybrid starburst donor, incorporated with EDOT as Ï-bridge and cyanoacetic acid as receptor, exhibits a 4.21% conversion efficiency under AM 1.5G sunlight.
