Abstract
A vertical rod structure of Sn substituted Ni ferrite nanoparticles prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. From powder XRD results affirm that material has cubic structure with particle size range is 5-50Â nm. Also, particle size is improved with increase of concentration. The SEM microstructure shows vertical rod structure and then fine powder nature even as increase of concentration. In addition, TEM microstructure revealed the particle size and it is matched with XRD results. The obtained dielectric result shows that material has low dielectric constant and loss with increase of concentration and sintering temperature. It is happened due to decrease of Fe2+ ions at octahedral sites. The VSM analyses show that saturation and remnant magnetization are increased with respect to concentration. Also, the coercivity is decreased. These effects enhance soft magnetic nature.
