Abstract
The CH3NH3PbI3−xBrx thin film thicknesses were 444 nm, 538 nm, 596 nm using 1.5 M, 1.7 M, 1.9 M PbI2·NMP complex precursor solution and had uniform, smooth and full-coverage surface feature with densely packed grains.342
