Abstract
The direct energy gap dependence on substrate temperature for ZnO thin films with different substrate temperature of deposition. This figure shows the energy gap dependence on the substrate temperature. The direct energy gap decrease with increasing the substrate temperature. The decrease in optical energy gap might be interpreted as a Moss-Burstein shift that was ascribed to an increase of free carrier concentration, thus leads to downward shift of the Fermi level to below the band edge.
