Abstract
Copper Selenide (Cu2Se) nanowires were successfully fabricated via potentiostatic electrodeposition using polycarbonate membranes (Whatmann, USA) with nominal pore diameter of 100Â nm. The morphology of the so fabricated nanowires was examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Later the samples were characterized for their structural, optical and electrical properties by XRD, UV-visible spectroscopy and I-V respectively.
