Abstract
Ultrafine BaTiO3@SiO2 nanostructures with high insulating coating layer and large polarization interface are utilized to fabricate polymer-ceramic nanocomposite. With a universal 0-3 structure, the BT@SO/PVDF nanocomposite possesses both high breakdown strength Eb and high polarization Dmax, which leads to a discharged energy density of Ue =â¯11.5â¯J/cm3 at 420â¯kV/mm.218
