A method to observe the heterointerface from the interior to the surface during PLD growth with a comb-like mask, isotope distribution in a selected area (350âÃ350âµm2) after 18O exchange is visualized by ToF-SIMS, demonstrating that the oxygen exchange kinetics of the NSC214/NSC113 heterointerface is significantly higher than that of NSC113 or NSC214.
