Abstract
High output performance of TENG is obtained by adding a small loading of two-dimensional monolayer titania (TOML). It is found that the synergy between efficient electron capture and high dielectric constant of TOML leads to the enhancing the performance of the TENG. This work demonstrates TOMLs are excellent triboelectric materials for efficient energy harvesting TENG, which proves a novel strategy for improving the performance of the TENG by doping multifunctional fillers.222
