Abstract
We prepared a layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly-induced triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) with a high and stable electric output under a wide range of humidity conditions. For this study, pH-controlled polyelectrolyte multilayer films with highly porous structure were used as a mold for PDMS replica. The electric output of the resulting TENGs were significantly increased according to the evolution of nano-/micro-structured PDMS bumps.300
